Natural, Creative Wedding Photography

Hi, I am Amanda and I have been a full time photographer since 1999. I have over 10 happy years experience as an award winning wedding photographer. I took a break from wedding photography to raise my 2 lovely children who have since flown the nest, so I am happy to announce my return to weddings.

Covering Cumbria and the Lake District, I love to capture all the special moments of your wedding, the fun, laughter, emotions and all the little details. My style of photography is relaxed and natural. Being a qualified artist, I feel this comes through within my photographs working with natural light as much as possible. Having photographed many weddings you can be assured that I will document your special day in a calm and organised way.

Prior to your wedding, I like to chat to you about your big day so that we are organised, for example, do you require any group shots, perhaps there is a location you would like to use (time permitting), any special requests and your sit down time for your meal so that your days flows and is worry-free.

I always like to visit your wedding venue prior to your big day so that I can work out the best areas to take your photographs.

We can chat either face to face, by video, phone or email – just whatever suits you.
